Who are Miller Stewart?
Miller Stewart are a Firm of Solicitors, based in Glasgow and Inverness. The Firm is a member of Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre, and specialises in the Law of Property, Wills Trust and Executries, and Civil Court work. We have experience in all aspects of Scots Property Law and have track record over many years of dealing with clients from all areas of Scotland.
The Firm is owned and managed by Graeme Miller, who has been working the property market since 1994. Despite a flat property market during 2008/2009, through the hard work, determination and professionalism of staff and sales associates the Firm more than doubled its turnover in 2009 comparison to year 2008/2007.
As a Firm of Solicitors, the Firm can advertise all type of property within the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre, Highland Solicitors Property Centre, Speyside Property Centre, Dumfries & Galloway Property Centre, and Central Solicitors Property Centre, and as a result we can market property in all areas of Scotland.
The Firm provides legal services, conveyancing, estate agency and the Firm can therefore offers clients a one stop shop for all aspects of their transactions.
What is a Sales Associate?
A Sales Associate is an employee of the Firm, who will be professionally qualified and have a proven track record of sales combined with exemplary client care. A Sales Associate will be a driven self starter with a desire to achieve a high level of client satisfaction, subsequent referrals and a focus to be known as the best in their field.
In exchange for their dedication and professionalism, sales associates will be rewarded with a high standard of living, derived from a secure and supported legal and sales environment.
Each sales associate will have a one to one relationship with their clients, will assist with all aspects of the clients sale from initial valuation, to viewings and assist in the negotiation of the sale.
